6 *Chicken breasts
1 *Teriyaki sauce
8 *Small soft wheat tortillas
0.25 *Red cabbage, finely chopped
3 *Grated carrots
1 cm *Ginger
*Mayonnaise (or mayonnaise made with cider vinegar or rice vinegar)
1 *Green onion

*Cut the chicken breasts into 4 or 5 pieces.
Step 2 /7
*Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and baste with Teriyaki sauce. Peel and grate the ginger and add to the bowl. Mix so that the chicken is well coated.

*Place the chicken pieces in the Easy Fry with the standard grill. Set it to the CHICKEN programme for 7 minutes.

*Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 35 seconds or in the oven at 140°C for 10 minutes.

*Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan (no oil) over medium heat until golden.

*Place the tortillas onto plates. Spread a little mayonnaise onto the hot tortillas. Place the red cabbage and the carrots onto the tortillas. Add a few pieces of the Teriyaki chicken. Sprinkle with the chopped spring onions and the toasted sesame seeds. Add a little Teriyaki sauce on top. Fold over the ends and roll up to close. Garnish with lime wedges.
