  • 1 kg Bourguignon beef

  • 100 g Pork belly

  • 1 CT Flour

  • Salt

  • 2 CT Oil

  • 3 fetta Carrot

  • 1 cubo Onion

  • 1 ramo Celery

  • 3 spicchio Garlic

  • Thyme

  • Laurel

  • A few peppercorns

  • 500 g Mushrooms

  • 50 cl Red wine

  • 50 cl Veal stock

  • 2 CT Cornstarch

  • 2 CT Parsley

Preparazione

Step 1 /12

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

  • 1kg Bourguignon beef
  • Salt

Step 2 /12

Mix the beef with the flour.

  • 1CT Flour

Step 3 /12

Pour oil. Brown the pork belly.

  • 100g Pork belly
  • 2CT Oil

Step 4 /12

Remove the pork. Brown the beef twice.

  • 1kg Bourguignon beef

Step 5 /12

Remove the meat.

  • 1kg Bourguignon beef

Step 6 /12

Brown onion, carrot, celery, garlic. Degrease.

  • 3fetta Carrot
  • 1cubo Onion
  • 1ramo Celery
  • 3spicchio Garlic

Step 7 /12

Add the meat, thyme, laurel, peper.

  • 1kg Bourguignon beef
  • Thyme
  • Laurel
  • A few peppercorns

Step 8 /12

Add the red wine, veal stock.

  • 50cl Red wine
  • 50cl Veal stock

Step 9 /12

Start the slow cooking.

Step 10 /12

Add the mushrooms. Cook 30 min.

  • 100g Pork belly
  • 500g Mushrooms

Add the cornstarch and check the seasoning.

  • Salt
  • 2CT Cornstarch

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy.
