2 batches
130 g Egg white
130 g Icing Sugar
130 g Caster sugar
4 tsp Cocoa
2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparazione
Step 1 /7
Mix both sugars.
Step 2 /7
In a food processor, beat the egg whites until stiff, optionally adding a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar.
Step 3 /7
When the egg whites are foamy, add the sugars a tablespoon at a time, waiting 30 seconds between each spoonful. Process for a further 3 minutes.
Step 4 /7
Lightly mix in the cocoa and cinnamon. Place the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a nice star-shaped piping nozzle.
Step 5 /7
Sprinkle the mould with some flour. Make 12 pretty meringues. Put the mould in the Cake Factory.
Step 6 /7
Start the programme for the time indicated. Repeat the previous step to prepare a second batch.

Allow to cool before delicately removing from mould. It's ready !
