  • 4 Mele golden sbucciate, tagliate in 8 spicchi

  • 2 CT Zucchero di canna

  • 1 cc Cannella tritate

  • 1 pizzico Noce moscata tritate

  • 40 g Burro non salato, tagliato a cubetti

  • 50 g Uva passa

Preparazione

In a Cestello, mix all the ingredients, making sure to coat the apples well.

Place the ingredients in a sous vide cooking bag. Vacuum seal the bag. Ensure the bag is properly sealed.

Fill the tank to the maximum level.

Step 4 /6

Place the sous vide bag in the tank, making sure it is fully submerged.

Step 5 /6

Lock the lid with the stopper and press 'Start.'

Step 6 /6

Remove the bag and open it. Serve with the syrup released by the apples.
