4 Mele golden sbucciate, tagliate in 8 spicchi
2 CT Zucchero di canna
1 cc Cannella tritate
1 pizzico Noce moscata tritate
40 g Burro non salato, tagliato a cubetti
50 g Uva passa

Place the ingredients in a sous vide cooking bag. Vacuum seal the bag. Ensure the bag is properly sealed.

Fill the tank to the maximum level.

Place the sous vide bag in the tank, making sure it is fully submerged.
