  • 1 CT Olive oil

  • 0.5 cc Curry powder

  • Salt, pepper

  • Basil

  • Brine for fish

Preparazione

Step 1 /9

Cover the salmon with brine. Film.

Keep in the regriderator for 15 to 30 min.

Step 3 /9

Add 4 liters of water in the bowl.

Take the salmon out to rinse and dry them.
